Return and Replacement
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help you out. We will need a photo of the damaged product after which we will initiate a replacement. You can always contact us for any replacement question at customercare@rfdigital.in or drop a Whatsapp at +91 9136684966. We do not take any returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to inform us. We will initiate an exchange within 7 days. Exchange will be initiated in cases of a wrong order received.
What is the money back guarantee policy?
To receive a refund, you must fulfil the following requirements:

Use the product for 6 months as per your prescription without any break in between or lapse in following the prescription. We will see order dates to ensure you are eligible for this refund.

Consistency scores from the app & photos uploaded will be used to track consistency on the treatment to be eligible for the money back guarantee.
Can I return my order?
Yes. In case you cancel the order before it is dispatched from here or reaches in damaged condition. You can refuse to take the package. Other than the above mentioned cases, no return is possible.
What is your refund policy?
If you’ve cancelled your order as per conditions above or are eligible for a refund due to an unwanted product(s) in your box, a refund will be initiated. The refund will be done in your mode of payment. The same is initiated in 1-2 days.
6-MONTH MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (MBG) & END USER DATA CAPTURE
To maintain credibility while preventing misuse, the following fair yet firm rule set applies for the MBG:
Proof of Purchase:
Upload valid purchase invoice from an authorized channel (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
Registration on App within 7 Days of Delivery:
Download the app and register with your mobile number within 7 days of delivery.
Daily Usage Tracking:
Log daily usage (mark “Taken” or “Missed” inside the app).
Progress Photos:
At least one head photo per week. Minimum 20 photo entries over 6 months required.
Follow Coaching Calls:
At least 3 coaching calls during the 6-month period.
Minimum Usage Period:
Use the product for a minimum of 5 out of 6 months with at least 80% compliance.
Non-compliance Void Clause:
Missing app logs >10 consecutive days, missing photos, or skipped coaching calls voids the MBG.
Refund Method:
Refund to same payment mode. COD users must link bank account during registration.
Product Used Completely:
Used packaging may be requested for verification.
Single-use Policy:
MBG claimable only once per user lifetime (phone number + device ID).
